Information you give us. When you book an appointment, buy a product or gift card, create an account, or contact us, we may collect:

• Appointment details, such as the services you book, dates and times, and notes you share with us
• Purchase details for skincare products, gift cards, and deposits. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider, Square.
• Account details, if you create an account on our website
• The content of messages you send us by phone call, text, email, social media, or website form. If you call or text us, we also receive your phone number.

Information collected automatically. When you visit rechargemedspa.com, we and our service providers may collect your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you view, how long you stay, and the site you came from. This happens through cookies and similar tools (see "Cookies and analytics" below).

Information from others. If someone buys you a gift card, they may give us your name and email address so we can deliver it to you.

We use your information to:

• Schedule, confirm, and manage your appointments
• Process payments, deposits, gift cards, and product orders

• Square, which runs our online booking, checkout, and payments. Square's own privacy policy applies to the information you give it.
• Our practitioners. Treatments are provided by certified RNs and NPs working within Medical Aesthetics Associates (MAA), or by certified, licensed independent practitioners. We share appointment details with them so they can care for you.
• Website and technology providers, such as GoDaddy (website hosting), analytics tools, and spam-protection tools like Google reCAPTCHA, which help us run and secure the site.
• Social media platforms. Our site links to our Instagram and Facebook pages. If you follow those links or interact with us there, the platform's own policy applies.
• Legal and safety needs. We may disclose information when the law requires it, to respond to a valid legal request, or to protect the rights and safety of our clients, staff, and business.
• A business transfer. If our business is sold or merged, your information may transfer to the new owner.

Our website uses cookies to analyze traffic and improve your experience. When you accept cookies, your data is combined with that of other visitors for analysis.

You can accept or decline cookies through the banner on our site. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site, such as booking or your account, may not work as expected.

Those records may be kept by us, by Medical Aesthetics Associates, or by your independent practitioner.

Please do not send detailed medical information by text message, social media message, or unsecured email. Share it with your practitioner at your appointment instead.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, and we rely on established providers such as Square for payment security. No website or electronic system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We keep personal information only as long as we need it to serve you, meet legal and record-keeping requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us to:

• Tell you what personal information we hold about you
• Correct information that is wrong
• Delete your information, where we are not required to keep it
• Stop sending you marketing messages

To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to confirm your identity first, and some health and financial records must be kept by law. You can opt out of marketing emails with the unsubscribe link in any message, or by replying STOP to a marketing text.

Our website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information through the site. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
